WHAT IS PROJECT PROM?
PROJECT PROM is a drug-free and alcohol-free lock-in. This is a free, fun-filled evening for all seniors. The senior parents provide this all-night party with a budget that covers food, game rentals, casino games, senior gifts and prizes and security. Fundraising is the key to making this event a success.

WHEN IS PROJECT PROM?
PROJECT PROM 2017 is scheduled for Friday night – Saturday morning, May 19-20, 2017. Check in for PROJECT PROM begins at 12:00 midnight.
WHERE WILL PROJECT PROM BE?
PROJECT PROM is held at Main Event Entertainment, located at 1441 Interstate 45 South, Shenandoah, TX. www.mainevent.com
HOW IS PROJECT PROM FUNDED?
Through fundraising and donations. Fundraising and donations are vital to PROJECT PROM. Project Prom is a parent funded, parent run organization working to support our kids. Every year we need to raise a sizable amount of money to cover the fees for the many planned activities, prizes and other incidentals. We need YOUR help to raise these funds! It will be FUN!
HOW CAN YOU HELP?
Your involvement is extremely important. You can help by volunteering for any of the various committees, soliciting donations, and/or working the night of PROJECT PROM. Even if you cannot commit the time to be on a committee, your participation in the fundraisers is just as important to making this night a success for our seniors.

WHEN ARE MEETINGS?
General meetings are first Mondays of the month until it gets close to PROJECT PROM, then we'll meet every week until PROJECT PROM. If you cannot attend the meetings, you can still help by contacting a chairperson to see what you can do to help.
