Welcome to Mrs. Cox's U.S. History and Economics Class Page

Welcome to the 2016-2017 School year. My name is Cassandra Cox and this is my first year as a Magnolia High Bulldog. I teach U.S. History and Economics, Juniors and Seniors. I am also a new teacher. I graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Major in History and a Minor is Secondary Education. I am also a Wife and mother of 3. I am a Veteran of the US Army, serving as a Medic and working on Humanitarian Aid missions. I have traveled all over the world and lived in many places, but nothing is like being home. This year I will be co-Advising for the Model UN and the UIL Current Events Team. We are always looking for interested students and welcome all those interested. Together with my students, their parents and our wonderful administration, I know this will be a great year.
