Words cannot accurately describe how excited I am to be teaching English 1 Pre-AP at Magnolia High School this year. God has called me specifically to be here, and I am blessed and thankful to have the opportunity to do so. I have a passion for reading and writing, and also a passion for the next generation of world changers. I am married to my husband, Peyton, and we live in The Woodlands with our 25 pound cat, Tommy! When I am not teaching at MHS, I am a group fitness instructor at a few gyms in the area. My husband and I are also very involved in our church, The Church Global.
I have been working hard all summer to bring the best to my students, and so I am expecting the very best from them! This year is going to be rigorous, yet rewarding. Students will not only learn different aspects of reading and writing, but also how to think and reason on their own. I look forward to the year ahead, and cannot wait to make this this best year for each student in ELA!
