PSAT TEST DATE
Wednesday, October 10, 2018
Students taking the test should report to the testing room at the start of first period. (7:15 a.m.)
Free - Sophomores Only
All MHS sophomores are required to take the test and therefore will not need to register.
$16 - Freshmen, Juniors, and Seniors
Freshmen and Juniors who wish to take the test, need to sign up in The U during lunches.
If you are in need of financial assistance please contact the counselors.
DURING THE TEST
You will be allowed to have only these items on your desk:
- A test book
- An answer sheet
- No. 2 pencils with erasers
- An Acceptable Calculator (See below) — during one of the math sections only
National Merit Scholarship Program
The PSAT/NMSQT is the official route of entry to the National Merit® Scholarship Program.
On the actual day of testing, your child will need to report to MHS no later than 7:20 a.m. and check in at the front office. The testing assignments will be posted in the cafeteria and your child will report directly to the testing room. Please be sure to provide a picture ID to the test administrator as well.
What to Bring on Test Day
Score reports will be sent to your home address.
