Welcome!

Hello! I am Mrs. Tara Rich-Kennedy and I am the new Life Skills teacher at MHS.  I live in Magnolia, Texas with my husband John, our sons Kaiden (15), Parker (13), Khalon (4).  I am originally from Ada, Oklahoma but have spent most of my life here in Texas.  I attended the University of Houston Downtown where I obtained my Bachelors in Science Degree from with a focus in Psychology in 2008.  I have spent the last 14 years raising my boys into incredible young men.  My oldest is a freshman at MHS is a member of the Freshman Basketball team.  You will always catch me at the games cheering on our Bulldogs!   

In my spare time, I love to travel and be with family!

This is my FIRST year teaching, and I am thrilled to be a part of your child's future.  It is my goal to give them a learning environment that is nurturing, loving, and compassionate.  I want them to leave my classroom prepared for adulthood and beyond.  I know this year will be a year NONE of us will forget.  Thank you for giving me the opportunity to teach your child.
