My name is Krissy Hicks, and I am the Instructional Materials Clerk at Magnolia High School.  I assist with textbook & chromebook distribution/collection, textbook & technology inventory, and also with minor technology needs for staff.
 
My extension in the tech office is x7030.
My extension in the textbook room is x7024.
 
This year, I can generally be found in the library or in the technology office.  I am generally available for students' textbook & chromebook needs throughout the day.

For TEAMS help - you may contact any of the admin on campus or you may submit a work order for the tech center.  I do NOT have access to TEAMS and have not been trained on it, and therefore cannot help you.

Student Logins:
 
On a computer/desktop:
username = lastname.firstname
password = first initial last initial 8 digit birthdate
 
On a Chromebook or on their school Google account:
password = last initial last initial 8 digit birthdate
 
Teachers, if a student login is not working or if a student forgot their password, you must submit a tech work order in Eduphoria and select the Student Account Issues category (and include the student's name, ID number, and birth date).  I am not authorized to access student account info/data, so I cannot help you with student account issues, such as password resets.

Chromebook basic guidelines:
 
- this year, MHS is allowing students to check out a chromebook to use while attending MHS
- students may come to the library for info and assistance with this

Loaner laptop basic guidelines:
 
- for teacher use ONLY
- substitutes can now check out a Chromebook for the day
- Loaner laptops are for one-time/one-day use only....NOT to be kept in your classroom for an extended time
- come to the library to check out a loaner laptop
